Judith joined Highgate Transportation in autumn 2025 as Business Development Manager, bringing over 20 years of experience in education, careers development, and leadership across the UK, Middle East, and Australia. Originally from Australia, she holds a Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Teaching and a Master of Education in Research Methodology, combining academic insight with practical leadership experience.

With a strong background in communication, strategy, and relationship management, Judith supports HTp’s client engagement, marketing, and business growth initiatives. She is particularly interested in how AI and digital transformation can drive innovation and improve efficiency across the transport planning sector.

Outside of work, Judith enjoys literature, fitness, and spending time with her family, friends, and her dog, Charlie.
