Mark brings over 35 years’ experience in civil engineering, specialising in highways and developer‑led infrastructure.

Starting his career in the Highways Department at Gwent County Council and Gwent Consultancy, he built a strong technical foundation before moving into private consultancy in 1998.

He has since led a wide range of Section 278, 38, 111 and 184 schemes across residential, commercial, retail, education and renewable projects, supported by deep knowledge of highway authority processes.

A qualified Road Safety Audit Team Leader, he holds the National Highways Certificate of Competency and is a member of MCIHT and MSORSA.

Outside work, Mark enjoys running, rugby and singing in two choirs.
